My travels kicked off this week in the beautiful Mother City of Cape Town, and as always, I’ve brought back some stories to share. I committed to 9 massages in 4 days, personally trade testing every therapist in a spa I work with. Yes, you read that right—9 massages. Sounds relaxing, right? Nope! For me, it was hard work. I wasn’t there to unwind; I was there to observe, learn, and uncover what was really happening. And what I found? It was a wake-up call.
