6 Weeks to Go!
Can you believe it’s only 6 weeks until Christmas? I swear, it feels like I blinked and here we are. Where did the year go?
But hey, better for time to fly by in a whirlwind of excitement than to drag along, right? And we’re in the thick of it now—the season when salons and spas can really shine! Time flies when you’re having fun (and making money), right?
So, I asked a few salon and spa owners a couple of questions this week that I’d love to ask you:

How to Create a Festive Buying Environment:
- Deck Out Your Staff – Get creative! Think branded t-shirts, fun holiday headbands, or even festive nail art. Your team should look like they’re ready for the season.
- Transform Your Décor – Put up a Christmas tree, but instead of traditional decorations, use it to showcase stocking-stuffer items that clients can buy.
- Gift Wrapping Service – Offer free gift wrapping to make it easier for clients to buy and gift on the spot.
- Festive Gift Boxes and Ribbons – Give options for packaging, from elegant boxes to different colored ribbons—make it irresistibly gift-ready!
- Create a “Buy Me” Vibe – Every corner should call out to customers, inviting them to take something home.
Just the other day, I walked into Woolworths, and the setup was so festive and compelling that I couldn’t resist. I got completely hooked by what I preach—and ended up buying something I hadn’t planned to!
