The jingle bells are ringing closer, and guess what? Only 7 weeks left until Christmas!  In my household, we’ve already begun the heated debates about the perfect Christmas presents.

It got me thinking – gifts have a magical way of motivating people, don’t they? It’s like unwrapping a burst of inspiration!

Now, speaking of unwrapping inspiration, How are you tackling the DOUBLE TARGET THIS FESTIVE SEASON CHALLENGE with the 6 strategies I shared in our powerful and ready-to-implement coaching session, “6 Tips To Double Your Revenue In 8 Weeks”?

What I would love, for a change, is to hear from you which ones you have already implemented and which ones you are still doing in the next few days! It really makes me happy to get some feedback  so please take TWO MINUTES out of your busy day and write back to me…….

Okay here goes!

Write down a detailed plan. I already showed you an example, so if you need to see it let me know and I will send it to you. Your plan should have a definite number (target) and a detailed breakdown on what everyone in the team needs to do to get to that number! SHARE THIS PLAN with the whole team and GET EVERYONE ON BOARD.


 Create a buying environment. From your team attire and props, to your décor, to lots of stock, to a gift wrapping service, to lots of gifting options, you have to set the stage. If you don’t create the environment to buy MORE, then it wont just happen!


 Extend your working hours. This is an easy way to generate more revenue during high demand periods. If you are turning away bookings later in the evenings, then you have to stay open a few hours longer for a few days a week.


 Upsell to EVERY SINGLE SERVICE! Need I say more? For a TURBO CHARGE, run a “Pick a Stocking” campaign for any three or more upsells, let the client choose their xmas stocking to win a prize inside! This is to push upsells from one or two, to more per service.


 Drive online gift vouchers. Showcase the ease of digital gifts in a compelling campaign. Present to clients how easy it is to give memorable gifts to anyone and everyone!


 Implement a really BIG cash incentive bonus competition among your team! If the carrot is big and juicy enough, well then the whole team will chase it. 

Each strategy is like a gift to your business.  Remember these strategies work hand-in-hand, meaning implementing them all synergistically is key to hitting your DOUBLE TARGET goal!

However, TWO important factors determine the success of the above:

SPEED OF IMPLEMENTATION. You still have time, but if you wait another week, you will get some results but not the double target!

EFFECTIVE MARKETING. You MUST support all these initiatives with robust marketing to ENSURE THEIR SUCCESS!
