Have you ever interviewed a therapist or manager who doesn’t want to work weekends? 🤯
I swear, if I hear this one more time, I’m going to throw a full-on tantrum. Who enters our industry thinking weekends are optional?! That’s when we’re at our busiest! I just did nine interviews, and two candidates said their dream setup would be two weekends off a month—or no weekends at all. I mean… what?!
